Hi Krishna,
The value under this (inspect) column is determined automatically in connection with the sampling procedure you are using. This is not a manual entry field. Hence it is in non editable mode.
If you use sampling procedure say as FIXED3, this column will reflect 3. You can create your own sampling procedures through QDV1.

The mentioned column is determined automatically in connection with the sampling procedure. So for determine the exact sample size....create appropriate sampling procedure and assigned in inspection plan....
This is standard field and non editable mode.....But this you can achieved by screen exit....Check with technical team....

It requires implementing some Badi's and enhancements.

See page 3 of the document. Utilizing this can enable you change the sampling procedure. But it also can impact other things so test it out completly.
