Hi All,

I am facing a problem after using the Latest Version of MDM GUI component (MDM 5.5 Hotfix 3). I am not able to Map the Remote Keys to my destination item inspite of defining my Client system as Inbound / Outbound.

Pls help me in this.

we are facing the same problem as you and we are running patch 3 with hotfix 1. Have you found any solution to this key mapping problem?

we got a new fix from SAP that solved our problem.

we got the fix in the answer from SAP support when we reported the problem to them as an OSS issue.

Hello,

also check your Destination settings and the "output remote systems" in the "Map Properties" within the Syndicator.

By the way: Patch3 seems to have some issues! There is already a Hotfix1 available for the GUI Clients.

Is the table you are syndicating "Key Mapping" enabled?

In console, for the table you are syndicating, check if Key Mapping is enabled.

Once the Key Mapping is turned on in Console, you can edit the key mappings in Data Manager.

In Syndicator, you should now see the Remote System and Keys.
