Unhandled Exception

Hello:

While importing 500 records in MDM Import Manager from EXCEL it shows me an error "Import failed", and the log show me the following:

Import failed. Unhandled Exception

Import action: None

Source record no: 501

I dont know whats the problem.

Could anyone help me?

Did you try with the Access Database for the same set of records?

I would prefer Access to Excel when using Import Manager.

Try with Access, if the problem persist, then give the details of the problem

I tried Access and it shows me exactly the same error. The Log of MDM doesnt show me detail of the error. Any idea?

Hello Mario,

can you provide some more details an the dataset you're trying to import?

Check the 502 line of your excel sheet, this should be the one that failed.

Which fields are you trying to import? Are there any dates or number fields that may have beeen interpreted wrong?

The EXCEL or ACCESS dataset are the same and only have 500 registers, the MDM Import Manager shows 500 Lines, I dont have 502 register.
