Not able to Apply GRC addon

I am trying to apply GRC  AC 10 add-on my system.

I have gone through the note.It was helpful.

Although the solution was restart of the OS( windows).

Hello abhishek,

I believe the restart of the OS have done the same thing. Ended the tp which was locking the file.

Anyway Glad to know that issue was resolved.
