Third Party order status is showing "Being Processed"

Hi,

I am facing an issue in third party sales wherein is there are 5 line item, 2 item with TAN iten category and 3 Items are of TAS.

We have invoice all the 5 items but still the order status is showing "being processed" and delivery status of order is as " Partially delivered"

We have checked the PO, GR and IR. The status showing as complete for all the document.

Please provide us input , what is the reason behind status of order is not getting updated correctly.

Hi,

Check if the two items with item category TAN completely delivered, check the status of items in VBUP.

I have checked the VBUP table.All status are showing complete.

HI !

Check the setting for item category and also check the status in VBFA table for the items. That means does the system update the details in the table or not. If the activities are not updated properly then it may happen.

I have checked the VBFA table for third party sales order. There is only PO and invoice document updated.

Item category setting is also correct.
