OKKP - This is not the logical system of controlling area 1000

Hi

I would like to amend the chart of accounts connected to a controlling area in OKKP1 but I get the following message.

This is not the logical system of controlling area 1000

    Message no. COCORE081

Diagnosis

    If a distribution method is active for cost accounting, certain data may

    only be maintained in the central system of the controlling area. For

    example, master data for cost centers, cost elements and activity types,

    and the standard hierarchy for cost centers. Controlling area 1000 is

    assigned to the logical systemFBDCLNT020 (= Central system of the

    controlling area), while you working in logical system UBDCLNT010.

Procedure

    You can only maintain the required data in logical system FBDCLNT020,

    from where it can be distributed to the local systems.

It’s clear that changes should be made in the logical system of controlling area 1000. My question is that after the changes how I can distribute the settings from the logical system (FBDCLNT020) of controlling area to the system in where I’m working? Is it an automatic process or should I do it manually?
