QM-Sales Delivery

Dear All

I have a scenerio.

My client is working with serialized material.

In material master inspection type 10 is activated.

Now if sales order of 3qty is created and inspection lot is generated after saving delivery.

Now in inspection lot there is 3 qty.Now if 1unit is defective and 2unit is o.k then if client want to deliver 2unit with serial number what to do.

Because if i give UD as accept for entire lot then 3unit can be delivered.

How to tackel this scenerio without deleting and creating new delivery document.

Yes as FF says its possible ,but there are other ways like shift the stock ( defective stock 1 unit ) to other storage location or block stock.then work on it & put it back.This will avoid creation of one more lot.

To the best of my knowledge you have to repick the delivery.

I think once you make the UD and fail the lot, you can repick the delivery.  I don't think you have to totally cancel it.  (but i could be wrong).  You still have to repick it and you'll get a new insp. lot with all three units on it.
