Material (PRe + reservation for WBS Material) not coming in MD4C

Good Afternoon PS Gurus,

In one project P we have added material A (as reservation for Network) & B ( as PReq + reservation for WBS). In MD4C for project P we are seeing only  material A

Ques: Why the Material B is not coming in Project P

In project Q I have added material which is the same as above B ( PRe + reservation for WBS) materials. In MD4C for project P we are seeing B  material which is same as above. How for this proejct we are able to see & for above we are not able to see.
