Advances in report

Hi gurus,

One of my client needs report to check the project costing like budget, actual cost, committments,actual costs, project start date, end date and advances also in the report. As a PS consultant i provided tables and fields to abaper for budget, actual cost and all(showed him the transcation CJe0) except for advances. As advances will not be shown in PS. So my question is How to provide the details of table, fields and logic in order to retrieve Advances that are posted towards WBS or Project.

Can anyone help me in this? I tried to show him the report CJe0-12KST1E where we can also see downpayment.Will it help me in anyway. Please guide me how to fetch the advance field in the report.

Hi Giri,

Make a Z report with following specification.

1. table name BSIK, field name DMBTR.

2. PO/Doc Number is preferred as primary key.

First check its integrity in your system by SQVI.

Pl try report S_ALR_87013575 or 73 for down payment
