Hello All,

Is it possible to get the following fields for a deleted sales order :-

  •                                         Sales order number
  •                                         Material Number
  •                                         Quantity
  1.                                         VBAK-ZOUNR

The requirement is to get the logic for the same.

Warm Regards

AK

dear,

you are able to delete sales order only if there is no subsequent document(s) under it.

if so, the order will be removed from SAP tables and no longer possible exists there.

you will be not able to analyze it.

Dear Aadesh Kamat

Once you delete a sales order you can get information like when the order was deleted or change by going to display sales order mode via environment ->changes , but you dont get information on following fields which you posted ,

Its better to put a "reason for rejection" in an order instead of deleting it . Might be useful for reference later on .

Dear Aadesh

As many others have said in this link, I dont think it is possible to get the details that you have said. As Jagan has said, its better to put a reason for rejection rather than deletion of sales orders.
