BW rrmx issue

Hi All,

Recently we have done the upgrade from BW 3.5 toBI 7.3 and we are getting issue while giving the transaction RRMX  as per the attachment.Kindly let me know what can be done to resolve this

Hi Juan,

The MS office installed is not proper.So we told to insytall it again.Added to this i tried doing in other server and i did not get any errors in RRMX transaction.

Let me know whether is the below one an error

619 bytes transmitted,data file code page 1100.

I do not think the above statement as error .And if it is an error, let me know please?

Hi,

Thanks for sharing a solution. We had few issues with RRMX tcode in our environment and found the errors were due to SAPgui. Below wiki was helpful http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BI/RRMX

Further, the bytes transmitted is not an error and is common message even when you download content from SAPGui as an excel or text.

This seems like an RFC problem to connect to your gateway. You could check your developer traces for more info?, specially dev_rd.
