SUP's workflow is not installed in a device

I sent a notification to a device. However, when I tried to choose a work item, there was an error occur indicating that "Please wait for Workflow to be installed".

Has anyone faced this kind of situation before? Currently, I use SUP 2.1.2.

Hi Ekasiri,

did you try with any client initiated app? was that working? were you getting the above message for client initiated app?

it message implies your device\simulator is not able to communicate with SUP server.
