ChaRM: Relation not yet supported error after upgrade to SP5

All was working fine on SP4, but after the SP5 upgrade, we can no longer create change documents in the WebUI.  Instead, we get this error:

Business Server Page (BSP) error   What happened? Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

SAP Note   The following error text was processed in the system: Relation BTPartner_PFT_0007_ABBR_TEST is not (yet) supported

Error type: Exception Your SAP Business Server Pages Team

We are using the standard business role, and this error appears when we try to create a standard Urgent Change/Admin Change/etc. or any of our custom transaction types.   Anyone have any ideas?

It's a program error. Implement SAP note 1578148.

Unfortunately, this note is not applicable for SP5, nor are we having problems in the Incident module.

Hi Michele,

make sure you implemented latest correction note for Charm and solman 7.1 sp05

you can check in solman setup -> initial configuration

and check this sap note has lists

Note 1574224 - General note for Change Request Management ST 7.1

Thanks for the suggestion.

We opened a customer message and SAP then updated note 1728284 to fix this error.  It is working now!
