Hi all,
We are trying to test / execute an automated control and after scheduling the job we are stuck, we get nothing. The job is schedule but the Status remains always "Ready"
Our questions:
1. Is there any further step to test the control once the schedule is done?
2. Which is the way we should proceed?
Many thanks in advance. Regards,
Imanol
Hi Imanol,
When A Control is Scheduled generally It should go through the following Status in the Update Scheduler.
1. Ready
2. Submitted
3. Running
4. Completed
Once you have scheduled the Control in a period it should run properly but before 1. Make sure all your Task Handlers are running properly.
2. File Drop Paths are defined properly while defining the connectors for th systems inside PC.
Hope this helps..

The problem we were having was related with the definition of the RFC server program in the backend system.
Problem: We didn't name such RFC destination with the same name as the one given to the connector within GRC Process Control.
Solution: Name RFC destination and Process Control connector with identical names.
For further information regarding the RFC server program configuration see note 63930.
Thanks for all. Regards,
Imanol
