Document Archiving

Hi,

Can any one provide the detailed step by step procedure for storing the incoming scanned documents into content server like open text.

Here storing means we have to archive it as well.

Sine you need a third party solution (like Open Text) for any type of document archiving, the step by step procedure would need to be tailored to your situation.  I would suggest you go through your third party solution provider for this information.

There are many things that need to be configured for image archiving - many of which are specific to your situation.  Try starting with this documentation from the SAP Help .  You may also want to review the SCN Rules of Engagement for guidelines for appropriate use of SCN.
