CRM 702 - Creation Site for Users

Hi experts,

we implement the new CRM with web ui.

Is there also a website, whereon the normal users can create an ticket?

So only with the necessary fields like (description, subject, "file upload", categorie, ...) ?

Or do I have to develop this site on my own?

Thx for help.

How to customize the CRM screen I know.

But I would like to customize the userinterface, which the user has to use for the service-order creation (Service ags_work_incident_create_app).

I don't know if this is the correct service, but this is the only one, which I could find.

If there is a nother service for crm, please give me a tipp.

Also please give me a tipp, how I can append and delete fields on the written service.

However, I already read those threads.

Do you know, can I customize the crm web-UI so, that the user can only create orders?

So that the user can not change any configuration?

I only found, how to customize the screen, with your description above.
But when I hide fields, all users don't have this fields.

So can I create user-layouts, which the user can't change?

Hello Christian,

Please find& check parameters in tcode SPRO  'Define Function Profile':

In this IMG activity, you can maintain function profiles that define special functions, such as the level of personalization, or the working context.

After you have defined the function profile, it needs to be assigned to a business role. You can assign several function profiles to a business role. For more information, see Define Business Role.

Using this parameters you will be able to disable changing layout by user.

In Solman 7.1 SPS5 is functionality called 'End user self Service UI' (SOLMANREQU):
