CUA Question

Hi,

While transferring mass changes via CUA, some of the users in the child system do not get updated with the message:

Role is locked by <CUA_USER>

Role assignment to use not executed completely

After manual pushing via SCUL, these users get updated.

We have report RBDAPP01 scheduled to run every 10 mins. (399271).

Please advise..

Hi Saba,

In WE20 check for message type USERCLONE have you set the processing as "Trigger by background program" .

Hi Saba,

This is thge reason for the error. Please change it to background processing to remove this locking issue.As of now this report is not considering USERCLONE since they are processed automatically in dialog mode. You anyways have set up the report for processsing these idocs.. Further check oSS note 557610 as well.
