SCM - APO User Exit Macro

What could be the reasons for a User Exit Macro not to work.

I have created the user exit macro(activated).

Used the enhancement APODM005(CMOD).

Created the include ZXDMUSERU05(only line of code in the include is a break-point), activated the project.

When I try testing the user exit macro in the APO Macrobuilder workbench, using menu Utilities option Test Macros, I do not see the user exit macro in my list of available macros.

I have executed another standard macro, expecting the user exit macro to be executed, stopping at the break-point. It did not stop at break-point.

Please check if steps carried out as mentioned in Note 418801 - Creating a user exit macro. Which version of SCM/APO are you on.
