Incident Management (SM 702) - Print/Action problem

Hi experts,

I've to setup the new incident management.

I already copied my own transaction type base on SMIN and also the web ui runs.

Now I would like to print or email the incident messages.

I found that there is an action in "more" called "Print" or Preview" or "EMail".

But no one of this runs.

What do I have to do, that email or printing will run?

How can I analyse the errors?

I only get an error message like "Error occurs in Smart Form".

But the smart form AI_CRM_IM_FULL_DATA_PRINT_FORM is defined in actions.

Is there a genereral guide for seting up incident management?

I also have many other questions.

Last thing, I always thought in "more" I can find the actions.

But there are also points like "Print Preview" where I can't find an action in the action profile?

Hi,

You need to define the conditions for actions,

before that, try to check whether the normal Email functionalty is working fine, send mail using stwb,

and also check normal printing is working r nt?

if both are fine, configure email functions using the below guide, it is same for New incident management too.

Could you please give a screenshot of where you trying for print, print preview actions?

first thx for help and for the guide.

Above you will find two screenshots.

Can you explain, on what it depends that an action is listed in "more" and not in action.

Another question.

We would like to append automatically "Time Recording" entries, dependnig for example on categories (for example 5 minutes for unlocking an user).

I already created a Categorization Schema.

Is there a possibility, to realize this automatism? So can I fill the time recording automatically depending on categorie?

hmmm

Now i already found the action point near to "more".

And there sending of email runs.

So what is the different between "more" and "actions"?

And again, is there a guide for the new incident management?
