Error while creating a View

Hello,

I am trying to create my first WebDynpro Application and when i try to create a View. I got the following error. What could be the reason.

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://sap01XXX.cdc.XXXX.com:8403/sap/bc/wdvd call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system XXX with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

HTTP 403 - Forbidden

Hi Bobby,

Have you done the necessary configuration steps? Several sicf services need to be activated. You can find further information in the wiki or note 999999, which contains links to most important WDA notes.
