soman 7.1 managed system setup - "ST-A/PI not present", but it is!

In SolMan 7.1 SP4, my managed system setup shows red lights under the plug-in status and system status columns.  The root of the error messages is:

Software Component ST-A/PI is not present for system <SID>~ABAP in LMDB.

I have checked the LMDB system info, and the component is there.  It's also the latest release (ST-A/PI 01N 700BCO), as there are no higher SP's than the one we have.  The back end system shows the same.  So, for some reason the managed system setup isn't detecting this, even though there is no higher release/SP.

Thoughts?

Hi,

We had similar issue, but seems the Managed system setup screen takes some time to detect the ST-A/PI on the systems. Did you recently register the managed system onto the SolMan?

Also perhaps could try a restart of the managed system if its not critical.

Hey Puneeth,

Thanks, we would try this when a new system being added to the SolMan. Strangely in previous situations, the st-a/pi was detected automatically by the solman_setup wizard after some time the managed system was registrated. Perhaps some update sync job within the LMDB was still pending.
