Accessing PO without being assigned to Org Structure Heirarchy.

Hello Experts!,

I work for a big client with strict auditing levels, thereby the support team do not get a chance to be assigned to the SRM Org Structure Hierarchy, which raises a terrible hurdle during support activities...

I would like to know if there are any ways to skip the Org Assignment or any other best way forward to get this approved - with out being a liability during Audits.

YOu need the user under Org structure to perfrom any action in SRM

I also agree with Nikhil. Users without being part of Org structure can not create/change/display the documents in portal.

However they can directly log on to ABAP system (without being a part of org structure) to track the audit trails to certain extents.

Hi,

I'm afraid this isn't possible. You'll have to get an id created in the org structure for yourself to access POs.
