inspection lot

hi experts,

up to what status we can able to cancel inspection lot i.e   CRTD- REL- SPRQ-- ------------ etc

if after respective status not able to cancel inspection lot , is there is any customization setting so we can cancel the lot

Process              QM54 Cancel inspection lot

System statuses influencing the process:

I0002 REL  Released                       permits

I0043 LKD  Locked                         prohibited

I0001 CRTD Created                        permits

I0307 ILOR Insp.lot cntd in order record  prohibited

I0320 INAC Object Deactivated             prohibited

I0203 SPRQ Quantity posting required      Warning

I0210 PRSI Sample drawing instr. printed  permits

I0211 PRII Inspection instruction printed permits

I0218 UD   Usage decision has been made   permits

I0219 SPST Stock posting started          prohibited

I0220 SPCO Stock posting completed        Warning

I0225 ARBL Blocked for Archiving          prohibited

I0226 ARCH Lot archived                   prohibited

I think  ....Its actually not "up to " which Status ,but its "for which " Statuses LTCA is allowed ,is defined by STD sap & can not be chnaged ( rather should not be change ) s this may lead to inconsistencey in the status & stock when QM is active..

Hi Sachin,

Lot can be cancelled if results have not been recorded or UD is NOT given. (if the system status contains UD ICCO or INSP, such lots can not be cancelled) There is no any customization for this.
