Issue with BRF Workflow's agent badi

Hi All,

We are working on BRF Workflow's SRM 7.0.

We have a issue in triggering Agent determination badi  /SAPSRM/BD_WF_AGENTS. We have written following code  IN /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS

          cs_process_level-resolver_name  = 'RR_EMPLOYEE'.
         cs_process_level-resolver_param = wa_hrp1001_a-sobid.

        CALL METHOD io_level_service->create_process_level
          CHANGING
            cs_process_level = cs_process_level.
* Add more sequences based on the criteria
        cs_process_level-level_seqnr    = cs_process_level-level_s

We have also done all the relavant configuration related to BRF.  Can some one help us why agent badi is not triggering.  Appreciate your help in this regard.
