Hi all,

We have a GRC system connected to two different backends. Now, when I create/modify a Rule Script, i try to assign a connector, but only one of those connectors is showed. I'ven been searching information about this issue but with no succes. We have realize that those connector are maintaned at table GRPCCONNECTOR. In this table only appears the connector i mentioned before. So, how can i add more connectors to this table?

Thank you in advanced.

Hi Sharad,

Thank you for your good and prompt response. However, when i try to assign a connector to a roule script, systems give us this message:

We have followed the implementation guide: "PC10 - Creating Connectors"

https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000735637&_SCENARIO=011000358700000002...

Thank you.

Hi Sara,

Connectors  need to be assigned in the backend in following manner

In case of continuos monitoring, follow the path

IMG-> Governance, Risk and Compliance ->Common Component  settings ->
Integration Framework.
1) Connectors need to be created first
2) Maintain connector and connection type
3) Maintain connection settings

In case of legacy automated monitoring
IMG -> Governance, Risk and Compliance -> Process Control ->Legacy Automated Monitoring ->
Automated Monitoring Testing
1) Create connector
2) Maintain system type
3) Register connector

Additionally  make sure that the client, user and password are properly maintaine under "Logon and Security" in the FRC connector created (sm59).

You can also refer to the SAP note - 1578347 for more details.

Hi Sara,

Silky has detailed out all the steps you need to perform . I think the Sm59 connector may be the cause for this so you can start with checking the remote logon , authorization and connection test.
