activation of standard apo objects

Hi ,

We had a new server APO server just set up but are unable to see the standard apo infoobjects like 9AMATNR.

What needs to be done to activate these standard apo objects.

Hi Liz,

For activating the standard APO infoobjects you need to execute report

/SAPAPO/TS_D_OBJECTS_COPY. This will result in SAP delivered InfoObjects with '9A' prefix along with some relevant InfoObjects with '0' prefix like '0UNIT', '0BASE_UOM', '0STAT_CURR', '0CURRENCY' to be activated.

We tried running this program, but its giving an an error "Internal Error occured when writing" - Message no D0054.

Is there any other problem which you might think of?

Hi Liz,

I don't know why you are running into this problem. I was not involved in an upgrade and hence did not come across this issue.

However you may like to take a look at Notes 868634 which I found on Service Market Place. If this correction does not resolve your issue - you should put in a SMP Message for SAP to look into the problem.

Hi Somnath,

We did an upgrade from 4.1 to 5.0 and did not apply the support package.

Seems to be working fine for now.

HI Elizabeth.

We had the same problem last week. We applied the correction and pre-requisite notes in Note 1016145. After this /SAPAPO/TS_D_OBJECTS_COPY worked correctly.
