SAP Data Protection / Privacy & Security statment... I need help and advice..

Hello,

I trying to find on Internet/this forum example of statement which will be placed in employees (SAP end users which is adding lot of data every day) contract, which states something like this:

"I agree that I will not reveal any data I insert in SAP or to make use of it in any purpose that could harm companys reputation etc..."

Is there any already formed example statement which I could use as base for forming this statement, because currently I having troubles forming text like this..

Perhaps this is unusual question but I hope someone can direct me in right direction, send me some example or useful link.

For this to be enforcable, it would have to be drafted in conformance with your country's legal requirements.  You should discuss this with your companies lawyer.
