Historic material Prices

Hello Experts,

Our Users need visibility on historic price changes to materials sold for a customer and reasons for price changes.

How to calculate price from a custom condition type (lets say list price)  for any given date in the past. here is my scenario:

Material A , List price is X in 2010. (List price is a custom condition type )

Material A, List price is Y in 2011.

Material A, List price is Z in 2012.

I know we can read the historic condition values, Are there any standard BAPI/FMs?

and reasons for price changes

Currently, where it is maintained ?  To track the changes that you have indicated, you can execute AUT10 where system will show the date of change, changed by, changed time etc.  If you want to include the reason also in this report, you have to develop a zee report considering AUT_REP10

dear,

you would try the t-code V/LD for report 15 (Material price)

you would also look at that abap code and try to find bapi of fm's which are used...
