Problema com NFE upgrade em Produção

Olá Pessoal!

Tudo bem? Um pouco tarde, talvez não vejam esse post, mas vale a pena tentar.

Ao atualizarmos NFE 10.0 neste final de semana, ambiente de produção, tivemos o seguinte problema:

"Cache refresh Runtime Communication Exception" por exemplo: "Connection to system runtime using application runtime is lost. Cleared the Cache in ABAP Stack, Restarted the global Cache on J2EE, Restarted the J2EE stack & restarted the GRC Produção."

Mesmo assim o problema continua.

Alguma idéia?

Oi Fabiana,

Tenta fazer o full cache na sxi_monitor e depois o cpa full cache refresh no Java, acho que vai resolver o seu problema.

Tentamos sim, porém não conseguimor concluir em virtude dos dois erros abaixo:

Unable to refresh cache contents

Error during last attempt to refresh cache

Roda a transação sldcheck, veja se está positiva.

Transação SM59

     Conexao do tipo H

          INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

          Testa essa conexão e posta se der erro.
