What are the different types of key figures you can use in a Planning Book?

I suppose you must have overlooked the SCN rules of engagement, http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-19331 where it is clearly stated that one should first search, in online help, before posting questions.

Hi Santosh,
There are three types of key figure that are of interest for demand
planning:
1. Quantity : Use this type for physical quantities
2. Amount : This type is amounts of money
3. Number :Use this type for numbers that do not have units of measure or currencies, such as factors
