NO CONNECTION TO DATA BASE, SESSION TERMINATED ERROR?

HELLO Friends,

   when i try to log in my system it says no connection to data base, session terminated. But work processors and process list are working properly and oracle services are also working properly. i have no idea about this. what i have to do to solve this issue...? help me Friends to solve this problem....

Is there a offline database backup in progress ?

Was the system up and running prior to the error ?

some dialog processes running? some dialog prcss waiting but this error occurs then all dialog processors have  change to wait...  but same  error occurs again and again...

Check is /oraarch getting full, also cehck your file system and dev_W* and alert_SID.log

CONNECT failed with sql error '1034

That means your database is not up and running.

Make sure your Database and Listener are running, you can test that using R3trans -d and then start the system
