list of users who are having only particular role

Hello Experts,

I have one composite role in my organization. I need to assign that composite role to all the users. means that is the minimum requirement of all users. that doesn't effect any thing. in addition to that role i ll assign the roles to the users according to their module.

My question is i want to filter the list of users, who are having the authorization of  only that particular composite role.

Can any body help me regarding this.

My requirement is, user may be authorized to use additional roles including a common role. I just want to filter users who are having only common role authorization (He should not have any other role assignment except common role).

I think you need to explorer SUIM transaction for your query.

You can check in the table AGR_USERS and excute.

There you can group by Role and you can get the Common Role based user list.

Hi Lakshimi,

Addition to the Orkun and Nick solution :

You can see the roles and others details in AGR_USERS table :

• Go to SE16
• Put Table Name : AGR_USERS
• Click on Table Contents
• Provide the role name
• click execute

You can find the users and details of that role there

Go to PFCG, check USER tab for the user names who are having the role access.

Could you clarify what do you mean with the particular role? To search for the users, assigned to the role, browse to SUIM transaction. Then follow the path, below;

-> User Information System

-> User

-> User By Complex Selection Criteria

-> By Role

Enter the composite role name and execute the program.

Contact your abaper  no inbuilt fuction which gives the result of only that particular composite role.
