Update error, transaction VA01 and No authorization for maintaining sales documents in EH30 04 01

Hi experts ,

i am facing below issue.there is 40 idocs are there . i have reprocessed all the idocs but only 5 idocs are reprocessed successfully remaining idocs are showing 2 types of errors with status 51 . below

error1:_

Update error, transaction VA01

Message no. 00377

Diagnosis

An error occurred in CALL TRANSACTION USING or CALL DIALOG USING

during a synchronous update.

The error was caused by the transaction VA01.

Update information

Return code: 009

Text : EDI: Table passed to EDI_SEGMENTS_ADD_BLOCK is emp ty.

Procedure

Pleas analyse your Batch-Input data.

You can also examine your posting data using the transaction SM13.

No authorization for maintaining sales documents in EH30 04 01

Message no. V1515

Diagnosis

According to the settings in your user master record you do not have the authorization to execute this function.

Procedure

If you need this authorization, contact the person responsible for assigning authorizations.
Authorization object: V_VBAK_VKO

what would be the reason for this and some idocs are processed successfully how those  idocs processed successfully?
