how to get message small(similar to info message when we save or do some operation) and at the end of the screen i have lots of space so the message area is coming right below the uie elements taken i am geting transperent window huge box and other options does not suit me.
Change it to Matrix layout and add INVISIBLE element and make it MATRIXHEADER and you can add the MESSAGE AREA after this , but just increase the height of the INVISIBLE element till the messages are shown at the end .

Yes in Webdynpro ABAP you cannot change any properties to handle this, as this is a standard.
There is a way we can make the message area to adjust the height based on the messages in FPM, I did it some time back don't remember as of now. Will try to work i some free time and will update you.
