Being its a payslip, I am sure you are calling the Smartform separately for every Employee. But as all the payslips for all the employees are getting printed thru single execution of the program, program generates a single Spool.
While calling the smartform, we pass the print parameters and output options. In that you will find one check-box "New Spool Request". pass value 'X' to this field and your smartform will generate new spool request for every payslip. Then you can convert these payslips individually into PDF.
