Experts,
I have created sales order with qty 120 In delivery document , Delivery qty i have taken 70 and picking by mistake I have taken as 120 and saved the delivery.
I want to change the picking qty from 120 to 70.I am not able to change as the picking qty is in grey mode.
Please let me know how to change it and why it has changed to gray mode.
Regards
Follow the below process
Revers Delivery document through T Code VL09
Edit the Delivery document through T Code VL02N and change the picking quantity and post again (PGI).

In VL02N, select the delivery line item and delete it. Again add the same line item into the Dely Order by selecting menu Outbound Delivery > Deliver Sales Order > give the Sales Order number and line item number.
Hope it may help.
