Follow the below process

Revers Delivery document through T Code VL09

Edit the Delivery document through T Code VL02N and change the picking quantity and post again (PGI).

PGI was not done for the delivery

if PGI not done then you can edit that delivery document number through VL02N. If not done delivery document mean delivery document not yet posted.

In VL02N, select the delivery line item and delete it. Again add the same line item into the Dely Order by selecting menu Outbound Delivery > Deliver Sales Order > give the Sales Order number and line item number.

Hope it may help.

Hi Kiran,

if you have done PGI then you can reverse the goods by using VL09 or else you can delete Delivery order and create the new DO with right quantity.

Thanks
