CL_WD_*          classes related to webdynpro

CL_WDR_*      these classes are not released but have some exceptions classes . For details   check             the following link hope you'll get your answer for CL_WDR*

CL_WDC_*  I think so this is used for web dynpro component class

Yes. CL_WD_* relates to classes related to Web Dynpro.

CL_WDR_* are also related to Web Dynpro but are meant for internal use by SAP.
