J2EE Time / Time Zone Settings in AS Java 7.3?

Hi All,

I have a web service call that's failing and I'm sure it's because of a time/timezone setting. My OS system time reads 06:00 and java system time reads 05:00 (-5 GMT)., so there is a one hour difference. This is a new system and I'm assuming some part of the install went wrong. I'm not a basis guy but trying to jump in and figure it out. I find nothing on this except for the following.

the mentioned param in config tool is not set in the offending or a good system.

My good system in addition to a java time that matches os time, also shows EST rather than GMT - 5. I also used a service user who's time zone was the right time zone. No help.

Any ideas? I've been through NWA and can't find where this is set.

Hi,

to change the time zone in NWA you have to use the Personalize menu in the upper right corner. If you choose Personalize --> Time Zone you get several options to adapt the time zone.
