Hello,

The messages are probably in status 029, right?

Check the following SAP Note:

#1042379 - BPE-HT: Deleting messages that are no longer used

I'm sure it'll be useful.

Hi Caio? Experts,

We have tested in development system with SWWL transaction code. and TYPE - F ( Workflowalso subworkflow ) and STATUS is STARTED with time. Is it right procedure to delete

all the messages scheduled on outbound side..?

If yes we can do in production system..Can anyone suggest to do production with above procedure..?.....Otherwise suggest me another way..

And How to find message status ..like 29 or something..

Why are keeping 3 years old schedule messages on PI server, if the messages in SMQ3 first delete them from queue after that cancell those messages .

Once above process done take help basis to delete failed/cacel messages , they will run deletion job.
