Hi,
we are using our SolMan 7.01/SPS28 both for our VAR(servicedesk) and Outsourcing(mopz, monitoring, EWA, SLA-reports) customers.
When I try to update the System Data in SAP Support Portal via SMSY (smsy -> SID -> system data in support portal -> read system number) I get the error "SAP customer number unknown for installation number".
Of course, there is no installation number in the table AIINSTALLATIONS, because they aren't associated through license-partnership. But we are hosting their SAP solutions in our data center. I can't append entries to this table via sm30 -> v_aiinsnr - only change existing ones.
Any ideas how to solve this issue?

I have the same problem when I try to receive service plans from SAP (DSWP -> Service Plan -> SAP delivered Service), the system ignores the RFC SM_SP_00000<CustNo> and the AISUSER entry for this customer number and uses our VAR Customer number.
