UD while Shelf life of material is less than Min Rem. Shelf life.

Dear Experts,

I have applied insp type 01 and 09 to a material. Total shelf life is 90 days and Min. Rem. Shelf Life is 3 days. While creating GRN I entered mfg date 18.03.2012 i.e. expiry date is less than Min. Rem. Shelf Life so system shown message for shortfall of 1day. I have created GRN. My client requirement is while doing usage decision system should suggest that shelf life of material is less than Min Rem. Shelf life still you want to UD?. Will you please tell how to do.

Nothing standard to do this.

You'll have to look at a user exit.  I might suggest the following:
