Logoff button problem

Hi,

We are using ECC6.0, i created one service in SICF and when i tested service sap standard menu logoff button is not working.When i click on logoff button same screen appearing.

Menu>>System>>Logoff

Please can you one help me in this problem.

Hi Raja,

I gone through the SAP Notes 916727 and i modifed the code in Error pages>>logoff page in service but still my problem is not solved. Here we are using ECC6 Kernal 7.

Is there any other solution.

did you try the custom solution i have provided in the linked thread? (repeated below)

go to SICF
navigate to your service under sap/bc/gui/sap/its/
double click on the service
choose error pages tab
then choose logoff page tab
make sure "explicit response time" radio button is selected.

Click on the create icon next to "Body" in the resulting window enter the following text

in this line (anclick="windaw.clase();) change the alphabet 'a' to 'o' .

Save the service.

Hi Raja,

I tried with you are custom code but it is not working. Is there any problem with patches here we are using ECC6 and Kernel 7.

If this problem with patches what patches i need to apply to solve the problem

i remember the oss note 916727 talked about particular patch level. i guess we are on was.640 sp11 (dont have access to system right thus cant check)
