Search the forum!! And look in the form printing forum...this is not an ABAP development issue, actually. SAPScript/HP Laserjet lack of capability with bar codes (and hardware-related capabilites) has been discussed in these forums since the 1990's! Most probably, your printer is HP and would therefore require hardware modification, or Adobe replacement for "JetForms package" or some sort of software to intercept the stream and convert the bar code for HP (into bitmap or something...I forgot what).
