Service Sales Order and Billing Document

Hello Guys,

I have created sales document type with doc category C and further created new billing document type with document category M (both for sale of service purpose which is not relevant to delivery)......now when i have created sales order and done further billing for the same sales order, that sales order still showing as "Being Process" while seeing that document using transaction code VA05N.

Just for information copy control settings as mentioned below.

(1) Header copy control

(2) item copy control

Can you please help on this, why that sales order is showing as Being Process even i have made billing document with full quantity as entered in sales order.

Dear All Thanks,

I got the solution for the same, it was about schedule line category, there was a tick mark in schedule line category for "delivery relevance" which should not be ticked incase of service sales (which is not relevant for deliveries), system is searching for deliveries if we ticked that and if there was no delivery found against service sales order then it will always shows its status as "Being Processed".
