I have created contact person for bidder
& assigned Bidder role
But on vendor portal RFx responce tab is missing.

Can you check whether you have assigned 'com.sap.pct.srm.core.ro_bidder' portal role to the contact person?

Please check both the SRM and portal roles are proper or not.
You can refer the SAP note 1261825 for role mapping.
