Budget issue

Budget and commitments are carry forwarded by CJCF and CJCO still system is showing budget 856,406 is available for previous year in report

S_ALR_87013558.

No WBS is locked. but against one WBS in above project system status is showing "ISBD"-insufficient budgeting. Pl let me know  how I can make that budget available for current year ?

Hi Vishal,

Your screenshot shows that previous year is till 2012 and current year 2013 and onwards.

What is your current fiscal year. If it is 2012 then report might be showing the budget of 856,406 of 2012 under previous year, then no need to carry fwd, otherwise run CJCO and then check.

Hi vishal,

This value is in actuals field only which means this amount has been spent by you in specified year.

Nothing to worry(Carry forward).

please carry out cjcf & cjco for the project, after cjco, you can cj33 for the project, where u will detailed wbs element  - yearwise Release & Current budget.
