Hi All,
A user is facing an issue when accessing SAP system through portal, the below error screenshot is seen. But this same user when accesses the backend system though SAP GUI, there is no issue.
This issue is occurring for all the systems that are accessed through portal for this user.
We have so far tried reinstalling SAP GUI on the user's system. That didnot help.
Let us know your suggestions to clear the issue.

I think the user dont have authorization for portal content. Ask your basis team to Check the portal's authorization. The administrator in basis teqm only can provide the authorization for portal to users.

If this occurs only with one user, I am quite sure it is an authorisation problem. Even if the user can login via SAP Logon. Please trace the authorisation (ST01) and check whether there are authorisation errors or not (ensure you trace the correct application server).
Please also check if the portal login is possible on an other client!
