GRMG Lite , Email for alerts

Hi ,

I am in process of setting up GRMG monitoring, so far I have setup GRMG Lite scenario and pinging a 3rd party Web service URL. I can see the tree in RZ20 for that scenario.. I want to setup email alerts. Auto Reaction method also set.

Please tell me if there is any other specific configuration done to get GRMG alerts in email inbox. Have configured SCOT as message level alerts come into inbox already....

# 617547 -  RZ20: Sending alerts as mail and SMS

Check the note #176492 and ensure than all steps are right in the configuration.

After that, you can trigger an auto-reaction method manualy.
Goto the monitor (in RZ20), Extras - >Active mantainance function

Select the item and go to Edit -> Nodes -> Start Methods -> Start AutoReaction
