Not able to delete SC with status follow on document deleted

Hi Experts,

SRM 7.01, Classis scenario.

SC has created PR and PO has been created from PR.

Both PR and PO has been deleted in the backend ECC.

SC item status is showing as follow on dument deleted but SC header status is showing as approved.

Not able to find delete button at SC header level (both in POWL and inside the SC).

Any idea how to delete the SC completely.

Appreciate any inputs.

I think you should be able to delete that SC.

In BBP_PD tcode try getting updated from backend documnet to SC by running report from menu option (not able to recall exact name).

Hi,

You can't delete SC if it's in waiting in approval status.

If SC is in approved status it's not possible to delete SC. It's standard SAP SRM functionality.

Any way you can try FM BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE to delete the SC.

It's recommended  to call FM BBP_PD_SC_COMMIT immediately to commit the deletion.
