No SAP System user guides posting in Solution Manager

Hello experts, we have a No SAP application and our manager wants us that the user guides for that tool to be in our Solution Manager, those are .PDF documents, which one will be the easiest way to put those documents in Solution Manager 7.1 SP4? I was thinking in creating a project and attach the documents but I dont know if there is a better way to do it.

Any help is greatly aprecciated,

Hi Paul

Create a project in solar_project_admin transaction

in solar01 create a dummy structure like mentioning the names for folder using Structure tab

upload the doc in the Project Documentation Tab

Hope issue resolved

Hi Paul,

Apart from creating a project and assigning the documents, you can also use T.Code SOLAR_LEARNING_MAP, to which the documents as attached in 'Training Material' tab in solar01 can be attached in the learning map

The advantages of using this method is that you can see the number of hits of this document, as well as user can rate the documents along with comments

Hi Paul,

you could create a business process with steps for the non SAP application and add the documents there.
